"MMTC PAMP worked with Bowstring Consulting LLP for a 2 year period and the overall experience was exceptional. Our company was going through a critical transition from a business environment, leadership and cultural standpoint. During this phase it was essential for the CEO and leadership to urgently address the senior team capabilities to not just manage this transition successfully but also build for the future. We wanted to work with practitioners who would understand our DNA, strategic priorities, business context and the fabric of our company culture. In Sandeep and Anand we found the ideal partners. They are both multifaceted, having held senior industry positions alongside deep consulting experience, and this reflects clearly on the diversity of their offerings. "Sandeep partnered with us as part of our Executive Coaching intervention for our senior leaders at Apollo. We had met a lot of seasoned coaches but Sandeep's thought and approach towards how we can do this intervention for Apollo was admirable. He had the ability to think practically and apply his experience and knowledge as per the context of the organisation he is working with.
